Privacy Policy

TechEasy Solutions LLC — Effective June 21, 2026

TechEasy Solutions LLC ("TechEasy Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit techeasys.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your choices. It does not apply to information collected through other means, such as over the phone or during the course of service delivery.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

This Site does not include a contact form. When you reach out to us directly — by email, WhatsApp, or phone — you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your business or IT needs. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

b. Automatically Collected Information

Like all websites, our Site is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network. Cloudflare automatically receives standard web server log data when your browser connects to our Site, including:

  • Your IP address and approximate location (city/country level)
  • Browser type and operating system
  • The pages you request and timestamps of those requests
  • Referring URL (the page you came from, if any)

This data is used by Cloudflare to route traffic, protect the Site against abuse, and generate aggregate analytics. We may review aggregate traffic reports (total visits, popular pages) but do not receive raw logs identifying individual visitors. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs Cloudflare's use of this data.

c. Google Fonts

This Site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches the font files, Google receives your IP address. We have configured the fonts to use font-display: optional, which means the browser may use locally cached copies and skip the Google request entirely. Google's privacy policy governs any data Google receives in connection with font delivery.

2. Cookies and Tracking

We do not set advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). We do not run any ad-targeting or remarketing campaigns.

Cloudflare may set a session cookie (__cf_bm) for bot-management purposes. This cookie does not contain personally identifiable information and expires at the end of your browser session. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but this will not affect your ability to use the Site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the IT services you request
  • Maintain the security and performance of the Site
  • Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use Cloudflare to host and protect the Site. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If TechEasy Solutions is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us — including using TLS encryption for data in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you contact us with sensitive information, please use the most secure channel available to you (e.g., an encrypted messaging app rather than unencrypted email).

6. Data Retention

We retain information you send us for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or to fulfill our service obligations. If you become a client, your information is retained in accordance with our IT Services Terms and Conditions and applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 9 below), and we will honor that request unless we are required to retain the information by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business owners, administrators, and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of any future communications from us

Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law (such as the GDPR or Israeli Privacy Protection Law). We will respond to all reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
